Bio:

Nikki Peer is entering her sixth year in education, coaching both volleyball and softball. A proud graduate of Midland High School, she began her collegiate softball career at Lyon College before transferring to the University of Central Arkansas, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.

Before transitioning into education, Nikki worked as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Her background in exercise science, combined with her experience as a collegiate athlete, gives her a well-rounded and informed coaching style.

Nikki's true passion lies in building strong, meaningful relationships with her athletes and helping them grow in both confidence and mental toughness—on and off the field. She firmly believes that sports are not just about competition, but about character, resilience, and personal growth.

Outside of coaching, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family. She is especially thankful for the love and support of her husband, Brent, and their son, Trent—her biggest cheerleaders.
