Bio:

Sara Flenor is entering in her 14th year in the education profession and currently serves as the head softball coach at Conway High School. With 12 years of experience as head coach and 1 year as an assistant, Sara brings a wealth of leadership and dedication to her program. She is also President of the AHSFCA 

Prior to her arrival at Conway, Sara has made coaching stops at Bauxite, Carlisle, Morrilton, Dover and Beebe. Her coaching background spans multiple sports, including softball, volleyball, and cross country. Under her guidance, teams have reached the state finals four times, capturing two state championships along the way.

A proud graduate of Arkansas Tech University, Sara holds a bachelor's degree in education. She takes pride in giving back to her community while staying close to family and friends.
